Tesla CEO Elon Musk stirred up social media once again with his new post about Dogecoin.

The survey, published four hours ago, has received around 1 million 900 thousand responses so far. 20 hours before the survey ended, 76.6 percent of the answers were “yes”.
Dogecoin supporters were asking the CEO of Tesla, known for its proximity to the token, to add the Shiba Inu-themed crypto currency among the accepted payment methods.
This post by Musk sparked a significant backlash in the Dogecoin price as expected, and DOGE spiked in the minutes of the survey as seen on the 15-minute chart.
Dogecoin, which has increased more than 10 thousand percent since the beginning of the year, seems to be moving towards $ 1 due to the great interest shown since the beginning of May.
So much so that “Dogecoin” searches on Google surpassed even “Bitcoin” searches.
SpaceX, another company of Musk, recently announced that it will send a load financed by DOGE on one of the rockets to be sent to the moon as part of its cooperation with the Canadian manufacturing and logistics company Geometric Energy Corporation.
Tesla currently accepts Bitcoin (BTC) payments for vehicle purchases.
