Justin Roiland, co-creator of the famous animated series Rick and Morty, sold his crypto artwork at Nifty Gateway, the non-tradable token (NFT) marketplace.
The tokenized artwork named “The First Copy of Rick and Morty Crypto Art” was sold at a silent auction for $ 150,000, according to Nifty Gateway’s announcement on January 19.

The newly sold work represents part of Roiland’s crypto art collection called “The Best I Can Do”. The collection was inspired by Rick and Morty as well as animated series such as The Simpsons.
